Meg Prindiville

Meg has been a personal trainer, and has taught boot camp and group exercise for the past eight years. She is also a Pilates instructor at Pilates on Broadway, across the street from Body Mecca Concepts.

Meg holds a BS in Physical Education and personal training certifications from both the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
